I am Shirley Krans, a Singapore property agent with PropNex Realty (CEA R047512F). I look after landlords and sellers, and I stay with them as their plans change. Most of my work comes by referral, because I take huge pride in handling everything for my landlords, and they trust me to do it well.

I started out in mortgage advisory and insurance, helping agents and their clients. Over time I felt strongly drawn to property, so I took the RES course and passed the exam to become a licensed salesperson. Today I work with PropNex Realty here in Singapore.
My approach has stayed the same since day one. I handle things personally, and I take care of the details so my clients do not have to.
Most of the people I work with are landlords and sellers. Many of them come back to me as buyers, and later as sellers again. Some started as tenants I found homes for, then bought their own place, and later sold it with me too.
Because of this, I get to know my clients well. We often stay in touch long after the first deal is done.
My clients often say they hardly need to worry about the continuation of their lease. Many of them tell me, “You know me and how I like things to be handled.”
That trust is the reason most of my work comes by referral. I am grateful for it, and I work hard to keep it.
